Color Seal (Grout Staining)

Color Seal is a premium sealant designed to change or enhance the color of your grout. The Color Seal process begins with a deep cleaning of the tile and grout, then a color is selected and the sealant is applied directly to the grout lines. The finished product is a beautiful clean floor with uniform grout lines.

Deep Clean & Seal

The Deep Clean and Seal process begins with a soaking of the floors with an industrial alkaline or acidic cleaner. Then a surface cleaner is applied to each tile, and the grout lines are agitated to release dirt, grime and grease. After the floors have been cleaned and dried, a professional, non haze and no gloss sealant is applied to each grout line.

Full Regrout

The Full Regrout process begins with the removal of all grout, caulking and silicone from a shower. The tile is given a thorough cleaning and drying, before the installation of the new grout, caulking and silicone. This package is ideal for any home owner wanting to keep the style of the original shower, but to restore the shower, as close as possible, back to its original state.

Clean & Recaulking

The Clean & Recaulk process starts with the removal of all caulking and silicone, the shower or tub is then deep clean and dried, and then new caulking and silicone is installed. The clean and recaulk service is ideal for any shower or tub that needs general maintenance or a professional cleaning.
